What You’ll Do
Provide world-class customer service and act as the link between chefs, clients, and partners globally
Manage daily communication with clients, chefs, and partners via email, phone, and chat
Assist users and partners in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner, ensuring proper follow-up
Support day-to-day operations by handling inquiries, complaints, service modifications, and platform-related issues
