The Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs leads PayXpert's legal and regulatory affairs function, ensuring that the Company can pursue its strategy, products, partnerships and transformation within a robust legal,



regulatory and corporate governance framework. As a senior business partner to the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team, the role provides independent, pragmatic and commercially grounded legal advice on matters that may materially affect PayXpert's growth, operations, regulatory position, reputation or risk profile.
Operating in a regulated payments environment across multiple jurisdictions, the role owns the legal framework supporting commercial activity, product and market development, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, privacy and data protection, contractual risk and company secretariat responsibilities.
