Position Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Marketing Communications & Social Media to lead social media, digital communications, influencer and affiliate marketing, branded content, and audience engagement across our portfolio of brands.
This is a senior strategic role for a leader who views social media as more than a distribution channel. The idóneo candidate understands how social connects brand, communications, content, reputation, thought leadership, partnerships, audience development, and business growth.
The successful candidate will bring deep social media experience within financial services or another regulated industry, strong editorial and creative judgment, and the ability to build audiences both through our own channels and through influencers, affiliates, creators, industry experts, and strategic content partners.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the social media and digital communications strategy across multiple brands and platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Reddit, Spotify, and emerging channels.




Own social content strategy, editorial calendars, publishing standards, brand voice, and community engagement across all brands.
Develop social and thought-leadership strategies for founders, senior executives, and internal subject-matter experts, including personal brands and digital presence.
Build programs that establish Roc360 and its leaders as authoritative voices across real estate investing, lending, capital markets, technology, and other relevant industry conversations.
Lead the development of branded content and original content franchises, including video series, podcasts, interviews, educational programming, newsletters, social series, and other recurring formats.
Partner with Creative and Video teams to develop and approve social-first content, including interviews, short-form video, podcasts, event content, and recurring series.
