The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all maintenance, engineering support, utilities, and technical services within the manufacturing facility. The role ensures maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost optimization across the complete manufacturing process, from cotton fiber processing and nonwoven production through converting, packaging, and warehousing operations.

The position plays a key role in supporting production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, asset lifecycle management, and capital investment projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the plant maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure high reliability and availability of all production assets.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.
Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage maintenance budgets,



spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
Support CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and industrialization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and coach maintenance teams to achieve world-class performance.

Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
Master's Degree or MBA considered an advantage.

Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years in industrial maintenance.
At least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience within nonwoven, hygiene products, tissue, paper, textile, converting or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred.
