Job summary
The Senior Data Platform Engineer is the responsible of HBX's Data & AI Platform, implementing the strategy, architecture, delivery and operational excellence of the technology ecosystem that supports all analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities across the company.
The role provides technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and is accountable for ensuring that platform services are scalable, secure, reliable and aligned with business priorities. Acting as the senior technology authority for the domain, the Principal Engineer drives platform evolution,



governs architectural standards and ensures the successful delivery and operation of critical data services that enable decision-making across the organization.
Through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Business and Executive stakeholders, the role ensures that the Data & AI Platform can support the company's growth ambitions while maintaining operational stability, service quality and technology excellence.

Position Responsibilities
Own end-to-end responsibility for the reliability, performance and scalability of all Data, ML & AI platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
Define and drive the technical roadmap and long-term evolution of the platform ecosystem, including data ingestion, transformation, analytics, machine learning and AI enablement capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
