Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and value-focused execution.




Remove impediments and enable high-performing, self-organized, and autonomous teams. Optimize delivery flow using lead time, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency metrics.
Educate stakeholders and influence Agile mindset adoption across business and technology organizations.
Leverage AI-enabled practices and tools to improve team productivity, delivery effectiveness, and innovation.
Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in product delivery, product management, or digital transformation environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Flow Engineer.
