In this BDR role, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for ADP, guiding prospects through initial sales steps and building a strong customer impression. You will profile target accounts, uncover challenges, and craft insights-driven outreach via social media, email, and calls to deliver value. You’ll collaborate with field sales and drive qualified opportunities to help meet sales objectives. This is a growth-focused, learning-enabled position in a general HCM provider environment.

• Use research tools and social media to monitor market trends and opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Fluent to native Dutch (reading/writing/speaking)
• Interest in starting a career in sales or BDR role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
