About the Job Position:
iPronics is seeking a Business Development Manager (Photonics) – APAC/EMEA to support the expansion of the company across strategic AI infrastructure, hyperscaler, datacenter, and telecommunications customers. This role is adecuado for a commercially driven professional who combines a strong understanding of photonic technologies with proven experience developing business opportunities in international markets, particularly within Asia.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive teams to identify new opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, support design-win activities, and accelerate the adoption of iPronics programmable photonic solutions. The role will play a key part in expanding iPronics' presence within hyperscalers, system vendors, and strategic ecosystem partners across APAC and EMEA.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Customer Development & Account Engagement
Develop and manage relationships with hyperscalers, datacenter operators, telecom operators, system vendors, and strategic technology partners.




Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Drive customer engagement activities from initial contact through opportunity qualification, evaluation, and commercial discussions.
Support executive-level customer interactions and strategic partnership initiatives.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer priorities, technology roadmaps, and market trends.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Expand iPronics' presence across APAC and EMEA with particular focus on strategic AI infrastructure and networking customers.
Develop business development plans for target accounts and key market segments.
Identify and establish relationships with ecosystem partners that can accelerate market adoption.
Support the development of regional go-to-market activities and commercial strategies.
