We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.

As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of theDutch-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Dutch Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map out the Dutch-speaking talent market to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals,



building an active pipeline.
- Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Work closely with Blu's lead recruiters to deliver curated candidate shortlists and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Team Syncs & Market Insights: Participate in regular project syncs with Blu, sharing Dutch market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.

What You Should Bring
