About the role

As Senior Process Excellence Manager, you will shape and continuously improve the Product Management process landscape across TECH PM, supporting Straumann’s digital ecosystem.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Management, you will establish clear, scalable and efficient ways of working that enable consistent decision-making and effective collaboration across a integral matrix organization.





A key part of the role is connecting Product Management with the broader Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework, working closely with TECH R&D; Process Management and other stakeholders to create effective interfaces from product strategy and development through commercialization, lifecycle management and end-of-life.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on how Product Management operates: simplifying complexity, increasing transparency and enabling teams to work together more effectively.

Your Role

You will:
- Own and continuously improve the Product Management process landscape across TECH PM, covering areas such as product strategy, portfolio planning, business cases, roadmaps, market and customer requirements, lifecycle planning, commercialization, product maintenance, change management and discontinuation.
