We intend to run a community company, a collective. As Brand & Marketing Intern, you will be our all-round marketing hire — rolling up your sleeves across research, brand, product, and communications to help build a compelling brand. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Sales Team, Chief Product Officer, and CEO.Market Research & InsightSupport consumer research programs — from questionnaire design and data collection through to insight activationOrganize and monitor product testing outcomes and help translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams




Performance & ReportingHelp set up and maintain dashboards and tracking tools that give the team a clear view of brand and commercial performanceAnalyze market data and sales performance, surfacing trends and flagging opportunities or risksSupport regular reporting to the Head of Marketing, Sales Team, Chief Product Officer, and CEO
Brand GuardianshipSupport the development and roll-out of the brand identity and guidelinesEnsure consistency of brand expression across all touchpoints — from product to communication to communityAct as a day-to-day guardian of the brand, making sure everything we put out looks, sounds, and feels like the brand
