In this role, you will lead complex enterprise transactions, partnerships, and strategic commercial agreements across international markets. You’ll work closely with sales, business development, leadership, and cross-functional teams to help accelerate growth while managing legal and commercial risk. The role combines hands-on deal-making with the opportunity to build scalable legal processes and frameworks from the ground up. You’ll advise on privacy, intellectual property, data security, AI-related legal matters, and cross-border data transfers. Working across the UK, EU, and APAC, you’ll have a meaningful role in shaping legal strategy in an evolving AI landscape.

Accountabilities
Structure, negotiate, and close enterprise sales, partnership, vendor, services, data licensing,



and marketing agreements.
Act as a trusted legal partner to sales and business development teams, providing practical guidance that enables faster and smarter deal execution.
Bring strong customer and commercial awareness to negotiations, balancing business objectives with appropriate legal protections.
Design and implement scalable legal processes, including standardized deal terms, templates, playbooks, and streamlined contracting workflows.
Provide practical advice on privacy, intellectual property, data security, data licensing, and emerging AI-related legal issues.
Advise on cross-border commercial and regulatory matters across the UK, EU, and APAC.
Structure appropriate international data transfer mechanisms, including SCCs, adequacy decisions, and BCRs, in connection with voice data processing.
