About the Role
This is a regional role with extensive international travel, typically around 50% of the time, especially during the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and leadership teams across our Health & Medical manufacturing network, covering key locations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Excellence Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and hands-on change agent, partnering with Site Managers, Operations Leaders, and functional leaders to accelerate the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Operational Excellence practices. You will support a diverse network of manufacturing sites at different stages of TPM maturity,



helping accelerate their journey toward World Class Manufacturing standards while delivering measurable business results.
What You Will Do
- Lead the deployment of TPM and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with business priorities
- Partner with Regional Operations Directors and Functional Leaders to align TPM deployment priorities across a network of multiple manufacturing sites.
- Support factories through TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones, providing guidance and coaching to achieve the expected standards.
- Identify operational gaps, facilitate root cause analysis, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities and standard work practices directly on the shop floor.
- Drive measurable improvements in operational performance including OEE, productivity, reliability, cost reduction and loss elimination
