As Senior Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Cisco telephony and video conferencing solutions, ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality communication services.

Lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects.
Manage major incidents, including qualification, action planning, resolution, root cause analysis, and knowledge documentation.
Execute hardware validation, testing, and configuration activities.
Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies, including:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Cisco Unity Connection
Strong knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing solutions, including
Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
Experience working with VMware v7/v8 environments.
Cisco CCNP Collaboration
CCNA
