* Responsible for the full media strategy for Xiaomi Spain product campaigns, across all relevant touch points including above-the-line advertising and digital marketing, based on the business focus and market goals.
* Bring new and innovative approaches to digital marketing and customer engagement strategy through the identification of different online channels, tracking and media opportunities.
* Work closely with HQ (Xiaomi China) media team and local cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, PR, Retail and Sales teams, as well as reference customers, to provide the best-in-class full-media or digital experience to target consumers.
* Work closely with other teams besides Marketing, such as Sales and Retail, and coordinate plans.
* Understand customer insights and behaviour through digital listening.
* Plan the full media budget and prioritize investment to meet business or demand generation objectives.
* Define and set a communication strategy that recognizes the changing digital lifestyle of target customers, while also having omnichannel (Retail / Operator / E-Commerce, etc.) marketing and media planning capabilities.
* Be familiar with all trendy and industry social platforms and marketing insights tools; identify consumer and marketing insights,



and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
* Provide insights to Product, Creative and other teams through media practices and performance, driving greater value from future media buying activities.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and media opportunities.
Provide creative ideas and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree or above; a major in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
* Experience in Internet, Advertising, Tech or Smartphone companies is a plus.
* At least 3 years of working experience related to media buying and marketing.
Experience in digital marketing in Internet and Consumer category industries is required.
A integral media or marketing communications agency background is a must; in-house media buying on the client side is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration capabilities are required.
Spanish and English is a must (advanced level)
* Passionate about the Tech industry.
* Result-driven, capable of data analysis, innovative and accountable, with strong learning agility and teamwork skills.
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, etc.
* Demonstrable planning experience across traditional media, including TV, OOH and Print channels. xqbhyrx
