One of the key projects will involve modernising the existing technology platform and migrating from PHP to Kotlin .
You'll work closely with engineering and product while remaining firmly hands-on with development and delivery .

What We're Looking For

Strong commercial experience with Java or Kotlin Strong backend software engineering experience Currently hands-on with coding and comfortable working in a highly technical role Experience with cloud technologies , ideally AWS Experience building and maintaining modern,



scalable backend applications Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working within a smaller engineering team with significant ownership Particularly Valuable Experience Experience within Fin Tech, banking, payments, lending, insurance or wider financial services would be a strong advantage.
