Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. Join our team! We are looking for a Training Specialist who will drive the effective delivery of the company's learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs are aligned with business needs. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and consolidate training needs across the organization.
- Manage and monitor the annual training plan, ensuring the effective delivery of learning activities.
- Lead the end-to-end administration of FUNDAE training grants, including funding optimization, mandatory communications, documentation management,



and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate external training providers and support the day-to-day administration of training activities.
- Monitor the training budget, costs, invoicing, and utilization of available training credits.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure full traceability, documentation, and compliance throughout the training management process. Your profile and qualifications:
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or international environments.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
- High level of proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Availability to work onsite at our facilities in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
