WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
10+ years of experience
as a PM in Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation, and Offensive Security.
Solid understanding of the
vulnerability management lifecycle
(identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and retesting).
High-level knowledge of
Offensive Security and penetration testing delivery
(scoping, execution, reporting, and follow-up).
Hands-on experience using
Azure DevOps
(backlog management, roadmap, tracking, and reporting).
Ability to understand and interpret
security findings
, remediation status, retesting needs, and vendor reports.
Proven
cybersecurity delivery experience
working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong
stakeholder and vendor coordination
skills.
Curious, eager to learn
, and continuously improve ways of working.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Coordinate
Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security initiatives end-to-end
, from planning to closure.
Manage
pentest delivery
: planning, scope definition, timelines, vendor coordination, report review, and retesting follow-up.
Track
vulnerabilities, remediation actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers
, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility.
Maintain
Azure DevOps backlog quality
: create and refine PBIs, ensure clear descriptions, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Provide
delivery reporting and visibility
to leadership and key stakeholders.
Support the coordination of
Breach Attack Simulation tools, Bug Bounty programs, attack simulations, and AI Red Team activities
at delivery level.
Improve
documentation, templates, and ways of working
for Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security delivery. xqbhyrx
Facilitate collaboration between
technical teams and external vendors
, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
