Requirements
- Create and execute content strategies and communication campaigns based on secondary market research and insights
- Analyze market, competitor, and audience data to develop relatable and captivating content
- Ensure the quality of externally facing content and adherence to brand voice, tone, and writing style
- Interpret creative briefs and develop concepts through execution
- Monitor execution of established plans and strategies
- Decide content formats and publishing dates
- Manage editorial calendars and proposed timelines
- Support creative teams with feedback and guidance on scientific accuracy
- Research client needs and target audiences through online searches, existing research, and subject matter expert interviews
- Write original copy and edit marketing and communications materials using references and annotations
- Collaborate with client service managers, strategists, and creative staff on timelines, resources, and creative execution
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables internally and to clients as needed




- Participate in occasional client pitches
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback
- Participate in regulatory responsibilities and requirements to gain asset approvals
- Meet established deadlines or provide reasonable notice when extensions are needed
- Develop copy and concepts for marketing materials
- Create engaging assets using storytelling skills
- Implement brand guidelines and strategy in client collateral
- Collaborate with design, brand, production, digital, and product teams
- Contribute to cross-channel creative ideation and campaign development
- Maintain high standards of promotional content
- Keep current with client-related industry trends and style guidelines
- Identify copyrighted material requiring permission and process permission requests
- Attend kick-off, status, and other job-related meetings
- Incorporate client feedback and collaborate with the team to address it
