Job Description:
As the HRIS Manager you will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the company’s HR systems in Europe.

Responsibilities:
- You will work with key business stakeholders and our HR organization to solve business problems through technology and enable Snowflake to continue to grow and scale
- You will be responsible for executing the strategic direction for the Workday HCM platform and the Workday HRIS team




- You will also get to partner with the teams that own ServiceNow to support our technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop HRIS analyst(s) - ensuring day-to-day system support and operations are balanced with strategic projects and initiatives
- Lead Workday HCM Implementation in multiple countries; partner with the Retail/HR/Finance Stakeholders to understand current system landscape to develop a successful migration plan
- Lead UKG Dimensions implementation efforts in multiple countries
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement Workday HCM enhancements, best practices, and operational processes that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
- Be hands on when needed - willing and able to configure business processes, conditional rules, security, alerts, notifications, and reports
