As we continue our rapid expansion in Europe, we are looking for a meticulous and organized Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable & Receivable (C&B;) to join our finance team in Barcelona.

Please take in mind that the knowledge of Russian language is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable: process vendor invoices, verify approvals, prepare payments, and reconcile statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.




- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation in compliance with local and company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Purchasing, Sales, Logistics) to resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports for Spain.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience (2+ years) in a similar accounting role, specifically managing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar ERPs) and excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
- Professional working proficiency in Spa
