Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with the Executive Chef to curate innovative and diverse menus that feature seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Oversees daily kitchen operations, from accurate food preparation to high-standard plating.
- Leads, trains, and mentors the Culinary Team, supporting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Provides guidance on culinary techniques, time management, and kitchen safety practices.
- Contributes to menu development by introducing new dishes, techniques, and presentations, while staying informed of industry trends and innovations.
- Prioritises guest satisfaction by addressing special requests, dietary needs, and any concerns related to food quality.
- Works in coordination with the Front-of-House
