About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Pubcrawl Guides.

You’ll be the face of the experience — leading groups, creating incredible memories, and making sure every guest has a fun, safe, and seamless night. You’ll also help amplify the vibe online through social media.

What You’ll Do
- Lead groups through Barcelona’s top bars and clubs
- Create a fun, inclusive, high-energy atmosphere
- Ensure guest safety and handle situations professionally
- Promote events and share the experience on social media

What We’re Looking For
- Great knowledge of Barcelona nightlife
- Confident, charismatic, and social personality




- Strong communication skills (you can manage a crowd)
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Fluent English + basic Spanish (extra languages = bonus)

Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Available evenings & weekends
- Reliable, punctual, professional
- Experience in hospitality/events is a plus (not required)

Autónomo (self-employed) status is highly preferred and prioritized
