Descripción:
From Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Technical Services Manager (Site Foreman) to oversee maintenance, infrastructure, and support services at a major industrial site in Mallén.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, regulatory compliance, and building/infrastructure services
- Manage spare parts, utilities, energy performance, and waste management
- Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure and fire‑protection systems
- Coordinate service providers and internal teams
- Lead improvement actions, budget control, and “Green Factory” initiatives
- Support new works and site projects

Requisitos:
Required Knowledge & Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent (education or experience)
- Technical knowledge in several of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial maintenance
- Regulatory certifications related to the role
- Strong understanding of Quality, Safety, Environment requirements in industrial production
- Experience in team management and shop‑floor labor relations
- Strong problem‑solving methodology skills
- Fluent English
