About the Role

We are looking for a Destination Manager based in Barcelona to support the launch and operation of city-based day tours.

This is a hands-on, early-stage role covering local operations, coordination, and customer support as the business grows.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a key role in a fast-growing international travel company.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and set up Barcelona-based and nearby day tour itineraries
- Coordinate daily tour operations, including schedules, logistics, and on-site execution
- Recruit, onboard, and manage local tour guides
- Work with bus companies and local suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues before, during, and after tours
- Monitor tour quality and improve overall guest experience
- Communicate closely with headquarters and report operational updates
- Support the launch and expansion of new tour products





Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Korean or Chinese:
- Valid driver’s license:
- Legally eligible to work in Spain
- Strong communication skills and a responsible work attitude
- Comfortable handling customer-facing situations
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 2,700.00€ - 3,400.00€ per month
