Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the company’s accessories and material specifications; conduct regular training sessions on accessory knowledge for the Purchasing and Sales teams.
- Regularly maintain and update the Development Specification List and sample books to support the General Manager’s client visits.
- Lead the development of new products, including but not limited to: confirming sample lead times with suppliers, conducting quality inspections, and providing real-time feedback.
- Complete the mounting and archiving of confirmed samples to serve as reference for later QC checks, Sales team verifications, or supplier audits.
- Create new product codes in the ERP system on an ongoing basis.
- Assist Purchasing Officers and Sales Representatives with tasks such as quoting and quality inspections.
- Develop new suppliers and new products,



and arrange sample shipments for overseas confirmation.
- Verify and confirm freight costs for international sample shipments.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales and Purchasing departments to communicate product development information, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales and Purchasing teams in analyzing and investigating customer complaints.
- Conduct monthly reviews and summaries of the department’s development work, and present reports at monthly meetings.
- Maintain real-time updates to the TO-DO list.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
