- Job Summary

The selected engineer will be focused on collaborating with the operations team in quality and operational improvements of all the hardware designs of our stepper motors product line. The selected engineer will also collaborate in the design,



implementation and verification of the new designs. The position requires good hardware skills but also a deep understanding of design for manufacturing and reliability.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the hardware running the IMS integrated motors.
- Design new and redesign existing electronic circuits, including schematic and layout.
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis and optimize designs through effective component selection and performance evaluation, including circuit simulation.
- Hands-on new hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
- Review and improve external documentation (Product manuals, Datasheets, etc.).
- Improve internal documentation (Architecture,
