Hola Spanish Market (HSM) is a boutique consultancy helping international FMCG brands enter, develop and grow in the Spanish market.

We work with international companies on market entry, business development, Route-to-Market, retail strategy and local market execution, combining strategic advisory with hands-on support in Spain.

We are looking for an International Business Development & Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Madrid.

The Role

This is a hands-on role combining international business development, commercial activities, market analysis and client project coordination.

Working directly with HSM's Managing Director, you will support international brands developing their business in Spain: identifying opportunities and potential partners, supporting relationships with retailers and distributors, coordinating client projects and making sure actions move forward.

What will you do?
- Identify new business opportunities, retailers, distributors and potential partners in Spain.
- Research and contact relevant buyers,



distributors and decision-makers.
- Manage commercial follow-ups and help generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and participate in client, retailer, distributor and partner meetings.
- Support the development of commercial accounts and opportunities.
- Coordinate client projects, actions, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Conduct market, competitor, channel and partner research.
- Support market-entry, Route-to-Market and commercial strategy projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, market analyses and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, client visits and selected activities in Spain.
- Work with external partners and service providers when required.
- Keep CRM and project information organised and up to date.
- Support HSM's own business development activities.
