- Are pursuing or have completed a relevant degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance or Engineering.
- Are proficient in Business English and Spanish
- Have a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Are curious, positive, and enthusiastic, bringing energy and drive to the team
- Are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Are innovative thinkers and problem solvers, always seeking smarter ways to work
