We are seeking an experienced European Quality Manager to join our Central Quality team.

This strategic role will serve as the primary Quality and Food Safety partner for some of our key European customers, ensuring that customer-specific requirements, food safety expectations, and quality standards are consistently implemented and maintained across our manufacturing network.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening customer confidence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring full alignment between customer expectations and operational execution across multiple production sites.

This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and extensive experience in food safety, quality systems, and customer relationship management within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary Quality & Food Safety contact for assigned strategic customer accounts across Europe.
Lead customer complaint management and trend analysis, ensuring robust corrective and preventive actions.




Ensure customer-specific requirements are effectively deployed and maintained across multiple manufacturing sites.
Promote a strong customer-focused Food Safety & Quality culture throughout the organisation.
Support sites in the implementation and maintenance of customer, regulatory and company standards.
Participate in crisis management activities and support customer communications during critical incidents.
Conduct site audits when required.
Support external audits, customer visits and certification activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, customer and corporate requirements.

What are we looking for

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in Quality and Food Safety Management within the food manufacturing industry.
Proven experience managing relationships with major retail, foodservice, or industrial customers.
