Youll work on projects that improve internal processes and products, streamlining workflows and creating automations that the businesses can actually put to use — not research for its own sake.
Typical projects could include: Data enrichment tools Connecting siloed data across systems businesses Generative AI solutions built into existing workflows Internal tools and automations that solve a real operational problem Youll be given the space to learn as you go — this is a genuine graduate role, not a senior hire in disguise.

What We're Looking For Hands-on experience using Claude professionally, ideally having built tools with it previously Strong prompting skills Some understanding of how AI tools and applications are built (even at a foundational level) xqbhyrx Genuine interest in agentic workflows and where the space is heading A builder's mentality — someone who wants to create things people will actually use, not just prototype Comfortable working across a group structure, translating between local and group business needs Fluent English is a must, most of the team are not Native Spanish speakers
