EDUCATION: College/University degree in law, economics, business, criminology, or international relations is required.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of professional level experience in investigative work such as civil or criminal investigation in police/law enforcement, military, or government organization or as a private investigator or as insurance claims investigation.

LANGUAGE: Fluent level of English, speaking/reading/writing. Fluent level of Spanish, speaking/reading/writing. This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Able to develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts at all levels. Able to exercise initiative and resourcefulness in obtaining information related to passport, visa and immigration benefit fraud. Able to draft and compile complex reports, notes and correspondence on fraud cases. Able to maintain large databases of information through skilled computer use. Uses discretion with sensitive fraud and personally identifiable information (PII).
