As a Commercial Partnership Planning Manager, you will help shape high-value partnership opportunities across the global esports and gaming ecosystem. You will support commercial teams with pricing, packaging, inventory planning, and partner deliverables that drive growth and strengthen client relationships. Working across sales, product, advertising, media, and game ecosystem teams, you will connect stakeholders and turn commercial opportunities into compelling proposals. The role combines strategic thinking, commercial consultancy, project coordination, and a strong understanding of sponsorship. You will work in an international, fast-paced environment where solutions are rarely standardized and initiative is highly valued. Accountabilities




Orchestrate global and local brand partnership initiatives across the commercial portfolio.
Provide pricing and packaging consultancy, including value projections, exclusivity considerations, and partner deliverables.
Support client pitches by developing compelling commercial proposals aligned with business objectives and partner needs.
Analyze relevant commercial partnership data and communicate insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives throughout the pitch lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment, visibility, and timely delivery.
Partner with Sales Development teams to identify and capitalize on category-specific and local partnership opportunities.
Serve as a central connection point between commercial, sales, product, advertising, media, and other teams to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
