Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Alicante. The Real Estate Agent will work with clients to buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, providing guidance from initial inquiry through closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing listings and marketing materials, negotiating offers, and coordinating with legal and financial partners as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records,



staying informed about local market trends, and delivering responsive, professional customer service. The agent will collaborate with the broader Keystone Real Estate team to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close transactions.
Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfort with using digital tools and real estate platforms for listings, client communication, and market research.
