The position involves working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors. You will help shape processes, prioritize needs, and ensure solutions address real business challenges. From discovery and requirements gathering through testing and implementation, you will contribute to delivery quality and business readiness. Accountabilities
Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation,



and prioritization of business requirements for integration and commercial technology initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into actionable requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to gather and refine business needs.
Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications.
Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
Facilitate alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.
Support demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation.
