What you will do
The Perfect Store Manager activate the sell-out of Kenvue´s categories and brands in the pharmacy through point-of-sale visibility and pharmacist recommendation, activating brands and categories through the implementation of Category Management, visibility materials, and customized window displays.
Engage the pharmacist with Kenvue brands and products through product trials and speedy training to achieve the active recommendation of the pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
Definition of the Go-To-Market strategy for the Perfect Store Activaton Pharma team.
Define the merchandising strategy for the pharmacy channel according to plans and priorities established by brand.
Define, together with the Channel Activation Managers, the model for applying the strategy in direct pharmacies.
Negotiate and coordinate with the merchandising agency the implementation of the defined strategy.
