As a Project Engineering Manager at Fluor in Tarragona, you lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across the project lifecycle to deliver safe, on-time, and compliant outcomes. You will act as the primary engineering interface among clients, teams, suppliers, and contractors, shaping execution strategies. You’ll drive risk management, budgets, and schedules while upholding quality and regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to influence complex EPC/EPCM projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a better world.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and manage project execution plans with scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, and baselines
• Lead and coordinate Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Iu0026C teams
• Monitor progress, costs, man-hours, and KPIs; manage risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, safety, quality, and procedures




• Lead engineering reviews, manage changes, queries, and document control
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Prepare SoW, SoF, execution strategies, schedules, man-hour estimates, and technical/commercial proposals for BD
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 8 years in Project Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, or related leadership role
• Experience managing multidisciplinary xqbhyrx engineering projects in EPC/EPCM environments
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Authorized to work in the country of the position
