In this role you lead the regional Network Supply Planning organization to align with strategic goals. You shape long-range and DRP plans across 24 months to 5 years, adapting to Mu0026amp;A activity and regional needs. You partner with regional leadership to optimize inventory, balance supply and demand, and improve reliability. You will drive cross-functional collaboration in Su0026amp;OP and with external vendors, delivering impactful supply network scenarios and risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to influence regional strategy and elevate supply chain performance at Henkel.

• Lead regional Network Supply Planning aligning with strategic goals
• Oversee long-range network and DRP plans (24 months to 5 years, 6–24 months)
• Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and RCCP planning
• Identify supply constraints and propose expansion or contraction scenarios
• Communicate findings and proposals to regional SC leadership for decisions
• Determine FG requirements and allocation based on business priorities




• Collaborate across regions via DRP for aligned allocations
• Support inventory management to reduce excess and obsolescence
• Identify and communicate mid-to-long-term supply risks to SC leadership
• Facilitate Su0026OP regional supply Review Meetings
• Collaborate with Operational and Material Planning to improve supply reliability
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in relevant field
• Min. 5 years experience in leadership roles in supply planning
• Business fluent in English
• Strong xqbhyrx communication and relationship-building skills
• Very good end-to-end understanding of supply planning
• Ability to lead, develop and steer people and projects
• Strong presentation and analytical skills with KPI ownership
• Open-minded and flexible mindset for driving changes
• Strong team player with process-improvement focus
