About the role:
The primary role of the Planning & NPI Manager Iberia is to:
- Establish enterprise consensus sales forecasts for the product portfolio.
- Develop, deploy and lead IBP (S&OP;) for the 2 markets Spain/Portugal, in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance.
- Ensure stock availability
- Manage the Planning team.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage the Planning & NPI team.
- Steering and animation of the monthly S&OP; cycle (Sales & Operations planning) in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance: support of his team on Demand Review and lead on Management Business Review.
