is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in beautiful Sotogrande, Spain. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dedicated team of food and beverage professionals.
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service standards and increasing revenue
