An opportunity for executive assintant has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid

Job Requisition Description:
Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organisational tasks. Within the Getafe Site organization in Airbus Defence and Space.
- Act as coordinator/facilitator of some management team activities.
- Assistance in drafting and preparing official documents and presentations.
- Acting as PMO supporting key projects in the Getafe site context
- KPI consolidation including OP monitoring.
- Monitoring and follow up of yearly objectives.
- Reporting (monthly transversal report and any other ad-hoc request).
- Communication & collaborative tools coordination and update (Hub).
- Team events.
- Transversal support to transversal functions & business
- Risk & Opportunity
- Support in all the Safety projects within Getafe Site
- Support Subcontractors spaces problems

Main tasks regarding site:




- To act as PMO in all the tasks linked with the Getafe site coordinator taking into account all activities and operations in terms of safety, parkings, general services, industrial, cost, security, environment, administrative regulations, compliance with the labor code, ethics and compliance, site governance, health and safety, mobility and site visibility.
- Participate in several multi-functional teams regarding: environmental aspects, sustainability projects and mobility.
- Monitor actions of the Getafe site committee, budget control and CapEx "Capital Expenditures"
- Proposed improvements in collaboration with different stakeholders such as industrial security, facility management (soft services transport management, sustainability, energy...)

SKILLS
- Educational level: Degree in Engineering (Aeronautics, AI, Robotics, Cybersecurity, Industrial...) with knowledge of Industrial Organization
- High level of English
- High command of computer tools, especially Google Suit and MS Office.
- Personal skills: proactive
