Join our integral TUI Musement Finance Team as FBP Manager TUI SP&A; managing Director and leadership team supporting financial planning, performance steering, and strategic decision-making across multiple markets and channels. TUI SP&A; is one of TUI Musement’s key regional businesses, operating across Spain, Portugal, and the Americas. The region covers both B2C (TUI branded sites) and B2B (independent agents, LATAM partners, and digital platforms) channels — delivering a broad portfolio of excursions, experiences, and travel services.
As TUI SP&A; accelerates its transformation — simplifying systems, expanding digital sales, and optimising commercial performance — finance plays a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable growth and accountability.

- Partner with the SP&A; Managing Director and senior leadership team, providing financial insight and challenge to drive regional performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the SP&A; region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Musement and Group targets.
- Deliver clear and actionable performance analysis, focusing on revenue, margin, cost efficiency, and market trends.
- Support the evaluation and tracking of strategic initiatives, including LATAM B2B expansion, independent B2B growth, Sports
