What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Lead and coordinate the team responsiblefor managing and updating assigned portfolios (NPL, PLs, REOs), ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy(CF allocation, balances, loan and asset information, etc.).
- Oversee Cash Management and Account Provisioning processes, including bank account balance control, collections upload, and upstream reporting.
- Ensure proper execution, control, and continuous improvement of operational processes and data quality monitoring.
- Supervise daily operational activities to guarantee portfolio data is consistently updated and reliable.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes (data inconsistency analysis, data cleaning, and mapping).
- Act as the main point of contact for business teams and investors, ensuring high-quality responses and service.
- Oversee the generation of debt certificates and other key deliverables.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements in cross-functional workflows to increase efficiency across teams.
- Develop,



implement, and monitor controls to mitigate operational and data risks.
- Ensure systems are properly updated through massive data uploads and documentation management.
- Supervise the preparation and delivery of monitoring and reporting outputs (internal and external).
- Manage system usersand ensure proper governance and access control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and automation within the team.
- Actively contribute to creating a positive team environment, promoting engagement, motivation, and a strong team spirit.

What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Finance or Legal background is a plus).
