We are looking for a Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join an international team in Benalmádena, Málaga.
What you will do:
- Identify and analyze technical problems
- Provide clear, efficient, and customer-friendly support
- Document relevant information in internal systems
What we are looking for:
- Danish at proficient or bilingual level
- English at an advanced level
- Completed ICT training
- Knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience in a technical role
- Experience in B2C or B2B environments
What is offered:
- Full-time permanent contract, 39h/week
- Monday to Friday schedule,
09:00-18:00
- Gross annual salary:€21,400:
- Bonus up to €1,800 gross/year:
