- Responsible to ensure all Alcon equipment at customers’ site and demo equipment are functioning effectively as per the specifications. Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up -Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs -Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business - AMC/CAMC sale and renewals -Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment -Documenting and maintaining clients’ service logs -Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams- Job Description

- This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.The Associate, Field Technical Service Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for ensuring Alcon equipment functions effectively, solving complex issues, and recommending new products. You will build customer relationships and maintain service logs.
