Each rotation is designed to build technical capability, commercial awareness and leadership potential while helping graduates develop a broad understanding of RES and the renewable energy industry.Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues and be encouraged to take ownership of their development while making meaningful contributions to the business.

Over three rotations, the graduate will gain broad, practical exposure across the three teams within this structure – Business Finance, Global Business Controlling, and Accounting – building core finance skills, business partnering and reporting experience, stakeholder engagement and analytical capability.Rotation 1: Business FinanceAccountabilitiesSupport monthly and quarterly business performance reporting and variance analysis for the South Europe region, working alongside the Business Finance Analysts and Business ControllersAssist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping to consolidate and check input from across the regionContribute to financial models and ad hoc analysis that support business decisions and contract reviewsCoordinate with regional finance colleagues to gather and validate data used in reporting packsLearn financial modelling, business partnering and presentation skills from the Head of Business Finance and senior analystsRotation 2: Global Business ControllingAccountabilitiesSupport the General Business Controlling organization with consolidation of business controlling and management reporting dataAssist with preparing management reports and reporting packs, checking data quality and consistencyHelp analyze variances between actual and budgeted or forecast performance,
and flag items for further reviewContribute to the development and improvement of reporting tools, templates and processes used across the wider Finance functionLearn how global business controlling and management reporting support decision-making across the businessRotation 3: AccountingAccountabilitiesSupport the Accounting team with elements of the month-end close process, including reconciliations and ledger maintenanceAssist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation for statutory and internal reportingHelp respond to queries from auditors, tax advisers or other stakeholders, under supervisionContribute to process improvement and control checks within the accounting functionLearn the fundamentals of statutory accounting from the Accounting Manager and the wider regional finance teamKnowledge and SkillsInterest in expanding your knowledge of the renewable energy industryExcellent communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and to adapt to your different placement cycles with easeStrong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using Excel and financial systemsAbility to build effective working relationships with finance, operations and business stakeholdersFluency in Spanish and English, given the team's regional and cross-border ways of workingCuriosity to understand how financial information supports commercial and operational decision-makingQualificationsExpected to achieve, or have recently completed, a bachelor’s degree in the disciplines below.
