Business Development Specialist - E-commerce Marketplace

Location: Madrid, Spain (80% onsite / 20% remote)

Contract Type: Fixed-term contractor agreement (up to 6 months)

At HY Legal and Services, we are supporting a fast-growing general e-commerce platform in its international expansion. We are currently looking for proactive and driven Business Development Specialists to support seller acquisition and activation projects within the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research and approach potential sellers and business partners
- Manage discovery calls to understand partner needs and present platform solutions
- Support onboarding and activation of new sellers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller performance
- Track and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to acquisition and GMV growth

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory:
- French and/or German are considered a strong plus:




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
- Availability to work full-time for a period of up to 6 months

Preferred Background
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, sales or digital business development
- Experience working in international environments

Working Model

This position is mainly onsite in Madrid city centre (approximately 80%), combined with remote work flexibility.
