In this role, you lead digital projects and large-scale transformation programs across IFF's Taste Business Unit, coordinating global sites and cross-functional teams. You drive how digital and OT initiatives improve manufacturing efficiency and business performance, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and end users to deliver high-impact programs that scale across operations. This opportunity blends advanced analytics, automation, and process digitalization in a collaborative, innovative culture with global reach.

• Coach colleagues on digital themes such as Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization u0026 Automation, and Robotics
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver sustainable business results
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or another Engineering discipline
• 10+ years in manufacturing environments and industrial operations
• 5+ years implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions at regional or global scale
• Proven experience leading xqbhyrx large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and locations
• Strong project management expertise with Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Ability to lead change in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels
• Experience with analytics, engineering, automation, and digital disciplines
