In this role, you will bolster Factorial’s People team by shaping engaging onboarding, retention, and culture initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design experiences that communicate our story and values, while measuring impact through feedback and data. You’ll manage logistics, climate actions, and events to foster a cohesive, high-performing workplace. This is a hands-on, data-driven role at a fast-growing SaaS company focused on people-centric culture.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead onboarding sessions: coordinate scheduling, analyze attendance and feedback, and improve the process; design onboarding presentations communicating Factorial's story, mission, vision, and values; measure impact via satisfaction surveys and early retention data
• Oversee Welcome Packs and Merchandising logistics: manage swag end-to-end, optimize costs and stock through vendor, inventory, and delivery analysis
• Execute climate action plans and impact: analyze internal surveys to identify priorities, design and track action plans with clear ROI indicators
• Lead Exit Interviews: conduct offboarding interviews, analyze turnover patterns, and generate insights for retention strategy
• Design office rituals and special days:



create initiatives for internal cohesion and evaluate participation and satisfaction
• Maintain and elevate engagement processes: manage engagement architecture across Slack, Notion, and Factorial; ensure consistency and analyze platform performance
• Organize social events and measure impact: plan afterworks and team-bonding activities, analyze participation and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and sustain engagement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management
• Execution and problem-solving mindset: ability to translate ideas into structured xqbhyrx processes with measurable outcomes
• Employer Branding mindset: ability to translate Factorial’s culture and values into experiences across rituals and communications
• Presentation and communication skills: comfortable leading sessions and clearly conveying culture and values
• Interpersonal communication: strong skills to navigate sensitive conversations with discretion and extract actionable insights for retention
