About the role

We are seeking a Public Relations Coordinator responsible for supporting and delivering guided tours, tastings, events, and other visitor experiences held at our wineries. The role contributes to promoting the winery and its brands, while helping to drive sales through the winery shops and maximise commercial performance in line with business objectives.
This person will also promote and support all Vinarchy activities related to Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence (XO). Working closely with their manager,



they will be responsible for complying with and supporting the implementation of the Company's continuous improvement policies, processes and initiatives.
Please note that this role is contracted at 60% FTE (equivalent to three days per week), and regular weekend working will be required.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Organise, coordinate and deliver guided tours, visitor experiences, events and wine tastings at the winery.
Provide excellent customer service across winery retail sales, wine bar services and outdoor terrace areas.
Manage stock control and ensure the timely replenishment of products, promotional materials and merchandise within the store.
Coordinate bookings, schedules, visitor experiences and services, ensuring resources are managed efficiently and commercial opportunities are maximised.
